William (Bill) Laughlin has joined Legacy Real Estate, which opened earlier this year at 4741 SW Hwy. 101, in the Taft District of Lincoln City. Laughlin, who moved to north Lincoln County to be closer to family, has 27 years experience as a real estate broker in California.
